This year the club will provide a digital copy of the team photo for every player complimentary. To receive this file you must login into Beyond School Photo’s shopping cart (see below) and enter your details as the file will be sent to you directly.

You have the option to purchase the team photo as a print for only $5 and you may also purchase your player’s individual photo as a Memory Mate upgrade (Individual and team photo on one print) and/or various portrait packs and products.

You can now choose from 3 design styles for your team photo digital and prints.

1. Go to orders.beyondschoolphotos.com.au
2. Enter your player’s Access Code (for security reasons this will be sent to you by Grange’s default messaging service; Spond)
3. If you are only wanting the digital file, please proceed through the checkout – you will not be prompted for credit card info.

You can order for multiple players at once by clicking “Next” until the option is shown to “Order for another”

Please note the important dates below as pricing changes after these dates and shipping costs maybe incurred.

• Team photos will be:
  • Under 6 to Under 13 on Saturday 17th or Saturday the 24th of May 2025 (Club will advise team managers the day and time)
  • Under 14 to Under 18 and FQPL Squads Tuesday 20th and Thursday 22nd May evenings (Club advises team managers of day and time)
• The timetable of when your team will be photographed
  • This will be finalised the week beginning Monday 12^th May.
  • Once finalised you can use this link ______ to see when your team will be photographed.
• Digital files will be sent out:
  • Under 6 to Under 12 – Available from Friday 12 Sep
  • Under 13 to Under 18 – Available from Wednesday 24 Sep.
• Orders with prints:
  • Will be available to be picked up from the club on presentation day Sunday 12^th October 2025.
